Bradsher, of Virginia, to beDeputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs, post-cloture. Atapproximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Bradshernomination. Following disposition of the nomination the Senate will vote on themotion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #124 Jeffrey Irvine Cummings, ofIllinois, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District ofIllinois Followingthe cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weeklycaucus meetings. If clotureis invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation ofthe Cummings nomination.
